Work
Every case on this page is SAMPLE — invented for the Zoom deck so an owner can see the shape of the install before they pay. Not a real clinic. Not a review. Not a before/after claim.
We sell the SAMPLE, then we install the system. Public grid work stays rooms, tools, and type until a clinic clears a case for use.
Install: half-day shoot — rooms, tools, type. Desk script on IG and SMS. Twelve posts queued from that shoot language. Scoreboard opened so the owner could see reply time and booked consults.
SAMPLE outcome: after-hours inquiries got a clean next step instead of silence. The grid started looking like the room clients walked into, not a stock shelf.
SAMPLE — South Bay clinic
SAMPLE outcome: same inbox tools — now tied to booked consults and a grid that matched the space. The $297 seat stopped being the product; the desk and the camera were.
SAMPLE — Las Vegas consult desk
Late-night inquiry volume was real. Front desk offline. Grid posted when someone “had time,” so the public face of the clinic drifted week to week.
Want the live SAMPLE pack on a call — three IG, one reel script, one SMS reactivation, Imagine prompts for empty rooms and type on black? Fifteen minutes.
Install: desk script for nights and weekends. Fixed monthly post cadence from one shoot day. Weekly scoreboard with booked versus ignored.
SAMPLE outcome: night inquiries stopped dying unread. The owner saw one sheet instead of guessing from screenshots.
They already paid for chat software. Replies still needed a human script. Public photos did not match the consult rooms. Nights were quiet on the floor and loud in the inbox.
Install: shoot first, then desk on the channels they already ran. Lead rows pasted weekly into their CRM. Scoreboard tracked volume versus booked.
SAMPLE — Westside aesthetics studio
The studio already had walk-in demand and word of mouth. The Instagram grid looked like a product catalog. After-hours DMs sat until someone opened the app in the morning, so Tuesday-night “how much?” threads went cold.
