Automations

Five workflows. One handoff rule.

An automation may draft. It does not decide a clinical question, a complaint, or a refund.

Four pillars.

  1. 01

    Intake and booking

Missed-call text-back and the calendar. The repetitive yes/no leaves the desk.

  2. 02

    Follow-up and retention

Reminders and a review ask after a completed visit. A person keeps the sensitive thread.

  3. 03

    Content repurposing

One approved piece, several drafts. You publish. The automation does not.

  4. 04

    Compliance-aware design

Clinical notes stay out of marketing tools. Medical questions go to your staff. No certification is claimed.

The rule

Draft, then a person, then send.

  1. 01

    Trigger

A missed call, a new request, or a visit marked complete.

  2. 02

    Draft

The automation writes the text. It does not send on its own.

  3. 03 · Person

    Human check

A person takes anything that is not a routine slot or confirm.

  4. 04

    Send

The message leaves from your number or your account.

The five

What actually runs.

01

Missed-call text-back

The trigger is a missed call on the line you already use. The draft offers a time or asks what they need. It does not invent availability.

Handoff. If the reply is not a standard slot or a simple confirm, a person takes the thread.

02

Booking

The automation reads the slots you mark as open. It confirms in your voice, short, and stops when the request does not match a rule you wrote.

Handoff. A conflict, a cancellation policy, or a request outside published hours goes to a person.

03

Follow-up

Reminders use the time, the service name you approved, and the channel you choose. They do not add advice.

Handoff. Anything clinical, a complaint, or a sensitive reply is written by a person.

04

Review requests

The trigger is a visit you mark complete. The message asks. It does not offer a reward we have not agreed, and it does not respond to the review.

Handoff. No review is drafted in the client’s voice. You approve the ask before it sends.

05

Content repurposing

A post, a caption, or a short answer you already signed off is cut into channel drafts. The automation does not invent offers, prices, or outcomes.

Handoff. Nothing publishes until you approve the draft.
