Audit requests go through a Google Calendar booking page or a Google Form. This site itself stores nothing about them. We do not set an advertising pixel from this site.

Do not put health information in the form. It is not a secure clinical channel.

If we work together.

• Accounts and client lists stay in your name.
• We do not sell client lists.
• Client records are not used to train public models.
• You can ask for a copy of what we hold for the engagement, and for deletion of what we are not required to keep.
• Clinical content stays out of marketing tools. Medical questions go to your staff.

What an automation may see.

Only the fields required for the workflow you approved: a phone number for a text-back, a slot for a reminder, a visit-complete flag for a review ask. Not a full chart.

Certification.

OPELVME does not claim HIPAA, SOC 2, or any other certification. If a written agreement makes us a business associate, that agreement — not this page — sets the duties.
