OPELVME, a SEROPTICS practice. The site is for business operators booking an audit. It is not directed at children.
What you type.
Booking uses a Google Calendar booking page. Sending details uses a Google Form, which asks for your name, email, phone, whether we may text you, and your note. Both go to Anthony Perlas through Google. This site stores nothing about your request and never charges. We do not sell personal information.
Cookies and logs.
This site does not set an analytics or advertising cookie of its own. The host may keep technical logs required to serve the page.
Sale.
We do not sell personal information.
Engagements.
If a pilot starts, the data policy applies. You own the accounts and the client records.
